At Solsona Swim we pride ourselves in our high-quality products and want you to be entirely delighted with your purchase. We know that shopping online can be scary, and we want our customers to shop with confidence. So, with you and all our other shoppers in mind, we made a policy to make sure that everyone has a fair shopping experience. Please take a moment to read through our policies before sending a return.

All returns are eligible for online store credit or a refund. Returns must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all hygiene liners and swing tags attached. When trying on swimwear, please wear proper undergarments. Earrings cannot be returned for change of mind reasons.


Store credit notes have no expiration date and can be used across the store. Store credits can only be used once, and any unused credits will not be reinstated.


If you want to exchange for another item, you can do so by placing a new order for a different size or style after returning your item(s) for online store credit.


We make every effort to handle your return within two to three business days after your suit arrives in our warehouse.

The overall time of your return is determined by the courier you select to send it with. For your personal peace of mind, we strongly advise shipping your return via a tracked and insured service. We do not require that your return be delivered via Express service; but, sending via parcel post may cause some delays while we await your return in our warehouse.


The cost of returning the item/s is your responsibility. Please make certain that your item/s are neatly, securely, and properly sealed within a postbag. Solsona Swim does not reimburse shipping fees.


1. Within fourteen days of delivery, send us an email at requesting a refund, or credit note. Include the following information in your email: 

  • The item/s you wish to return
  • The reason/s you are returning the item

Our headquarters is located in in Sydney, Australia. We will send you a return email with the complete address through email response. 

2. Once you have received an email response, please pack the item/s in their original packaging, including the original attached labels and tags. Please include your full name and order number on the returned parcel. 

3. We strongly suggest you to use a traceable postal service when returning your items, as Solsona Swim is not responsible for loss of garments being returned. 

To ensure that only the best swimsuits are provided to you, each of our designs is meticulously produced by hand and checked before shipping.

In the odd event that you receive a defective item, please get in touch with us within 7 days of delivery with a brief description of the problem and at least two pictures of the problem. Rest assured that we will make every effort to provide a replacement, repair, or refund in order to satisfy your request.


The following products are not eligible for returns:

• Gift Cards
• Item/s marked as "Sale"
• Item/s marked as "Final Sale"
• Item/s marked as "Sample"


Within 14 days of receiving your order, any requests for the return of products must be submitted by email. During the Christmas season, the timeframe will be extended. Returns need to be undamaged, in their original packaging, with hygiene liners and swing tags attached. There must be no sweat, makeup, deodorant, artificial tan, or marks of any kind. If these requirements are not met, we retain the right to reject your goods and have it returned.
