RETURNS POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Solsona Swim — we truly appreciate you! At Solsona Swim, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality products and want you to be completely delighted with your purchase. We understand that shopping online can feel uncertain, and we want our customers to shop with confidence. That’s why we’ve created a fair and transparent returns policy to support you. Please take a moment to read through our policy before initiating a return.

Returns and Store Credit

All orders are eligible for a return or online store credit. Returns must be submitted within seven days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with hygiene liners and swing tags intact. When trying on swimwear, we kindly ask that you wear proper undergarments. Please note that earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue and can be used across our store. Store credits are single-use only, meaning any unused balance will not be reinstated.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, you can first submit a return for store credit and then place a new order for your preferred size or style.

Return Processing Time

We aim to process returns within two to three business days of receiving them at our warehouse. The total time for your return depends on the courier service you select. We recommend using a tracked and insured postal service for peace of mind. While express delivery is not required, standard parcel post may take longer to reach us. Solsona Swim is not responsible for items that are missing or lost during transit.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please be advised that the shipping cost associated when placing the order is non-refundable. If free shipping was applicable when the order was placed, a flat rate of $10 will be deducted from your refund or store credit.

How to Return Your Order

To return your order, email us at orders@solsonaswim.com within seven days of delivery. Include details of the items you wish to return or exchange and the reasons for your return. Our headquarters is located in Sydney, Australia, and we will respond to your email with the full return address.

Once you’ve received our response, carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are attached, and include your full name and order number inside the parcel. We strongly recommend using a traceable postal service.

Faulty Goods

We take great care to hand-produce and inspect each of our swimsuits to ensure the highest quality. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a defective item, please contact us within seven days of delivery. Include a brief description of the issue along with at least two photos. We will work with you to arrange a replacement, repair, or refund to resolve the matter.

Return Exclusions

Certain items are not eligible for return or store credit. These include gift cards, items marked as “Sale,” “Final Sale,” or “Sample.”

Terms and Conditions

During the Christmas season, the seven-day return timeframe will be extended. Items must be returned in their original, undamaged condition, including packaging, hygiene liners, and swing tags. Items showing signs of wear, such as sweat, makeup, deodorant, artificial tan, or any marks, will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
