We offer both Standard and Express Shipping across Australia.

- Express Shipping (1 business day) – $12.50 Flat Rate

International Shipping
We ship worldwide using DHL Express and Standard International Shipping:
- DHL Express (2–4 business days) – $20 Flat Rate
Our fastest and most reliable option, DHL Express provides end-to-end tracking and priority handling to ensure your parcel arrives safely and on time.

U.S. Tariffs & Duties
Any applicable U.S. tariffs, duties, or import taxes are determined by U.S. Customs and are the responsibility of the customer.
These fees are not included in your order total and must be paid directly to your local customs authority.
Solsona Swim is not liable for any delays, additional costs, or issues resulting from customs processing.
We recommend checking with your local customs office for details on potential fees before placing your order.
International Customs & Taxes
Orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, and fees imposed once the package reaches the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total.
If customs duties and taxes are refused or unpaid, the shipment will be abandoned or destroyed and Solsona Swim will not issue a refund or resend the items.
Please ensure you’re aware of your local customs and tax requirements before placing an order.
Dispatch Time
Orders may take up to 2 business days to be dispatched as each piece is carefully packed by our team. All orders are shipped from our Sydney, New South Wales HQ.
Please note that all orders are final, and we’re unable to make changes or cancellations once an order has been placed. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we prepare your order with care.
Tracking your order
We use Australia Post and DHL Express for all deliveries. Once your parcel has been collected and scanned into the network, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.
If you can’t locate your tracking email, please check your junk folder or contact us at info@solsonaswim.com.
Once dispatched, your parcel is in the hands of the courier. Shipping times are estimates provided by each courier and may vary depending on your location.
Solsona Swim is not responsible for delays or damages that occur during transit. Each order is packed with care to ensure it arrives safely.

Signature On Delivery
DHL Express Shipping requires a signature upon delivery unless authority to leave is granted.
If authority to leave is provided, the parcel may be left unattended at the nominated address.
Please ensure there is a safe and secure location for your parcel to be left, as Solsona Swim is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs after delivery has been completed.
Delivery Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a safe and secure delivery address.
Once an order has been successfully sent to the nominated address, Solsona Swim is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged parcels.
If you believe your parcel has been misplaced or tampered with after delivery, please contact the courier directly and notify our team at info@solsonaswim.com — we’ll do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.
Orders Returned to Sender
Orders with incorrect addresses or unclaimed parcels will be returned to our warehouse. Once received, we’ll contact you to arrange redelivery, and any reshipping fees will be invoiced to the customer prior to dispatch.
If we don’t receive a response after an extended period, the order will be cancelled and a store credit issued — minus the original and return shipping costs.
Please note: Orders returned due to customer error or non-collection are not eligible for a refund. If you believe your order is being returned to us, please contact info@solsonaswim.com and our team will assist you.
Gift With Purchase
If your selected gift with purchase becomes unavailable, we’ll thoughtfully replace it with an alternative of equal value and quality.
Each replacement item is curated with the same care and attention to ensure your order experience remains special.
Availability
While we strive to keep our online inventory up to date, occasional discrepancies may occur.
If you purchase an item that is unexpectedly out of stock, our team will contact you promptly to arrange a refund or suggest an alternative item.
Pre-Orders
If your item is on pre-order, it will be dispatched once it becomes available.
Estimated delivery timeframes are listed on each product page for your reference.
If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, all items will be shipped together once the pre-order pieces are ready.
